Warzone best FARA 83 loadout: Our FARA 83 class setup recommendation and how to unlock the FARA 83 explained
The FARA 83 in Warzone might actually be one of the more versatile assault rifles to date.
It’s not particularly lacking in any department: it’s got solid firepower, a decent rate of fire, speed that can be easily boosted with a few attachments, and more.
Arriving in Warzone on February 25, 2021 alongside the LC10, the FARA 83 first debuted as part of the Season 2 Battle Pass – though don’t expect to get your hands on it right away.

How to unlock the FARA 83 in Warzone
The FARA 83 debuted in the Season 2 Battle Pass, unlocked as a reward for reaching tier 15.
Don’t think that you need to purchase the Battle Pass to unlock the weapon itself, though. If you don’t purchase the Battle Pass, you’ll be progressing along a free version of the Battle Pass, which has rewards of its own – and the FARA 83 is one of these unlocks.
Since the FARA 83 doesn’t unlock until tier 15, expect a small amount of grinding to get there. If you want to get it fast, we recommend playing on smaller modes such as Plunder or Resurgence Extreme for quicker XP gains.
Following Season 2, it’s likely the FARA 83 will then become available as part of an in-game weapon challenge, similar to previous Battle Pass weapons such as the MAC-10 in Season 1.
Best Warzone FARA 83 loadout and attachments
Here’s the attachments we’d recommend taking when creating a custom class around the FARA 83 in Warzone:
- Muzzle: Flash Guard 5.56 (Unlocks at level 3)
- Barrel: 15.5 Contour (Unlocks at level 21)
- Optic: SUSAT Multizoom (Unlocks at level 47)
- Rear Grip: Airborne Elastic Wrap (Unlocks at level 53)
- Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip (Unlocks at level 41)
Firstly with the attachments for the FARA 83 in Call of Duty: Warzone, you’ll want to go with the Flash Guard 5.56 on the Muzzle. This attachment not only gives you a boost to vertical recoil control, but also provides a small boost to aiming stability as well. Simply put, this is a great attachment to gain control of the full-auto weapon.
With the barrel slot on the FARA 83, choose the 15.5 Contour. Although this penalises your sprinting movement speed and aim walking movement speed, it provides great bonuses for your effective damage range and bullet velocity, both of which are great for the increased distances of the Verdansk map.
As for the optic slot on the FARA 83, you’ll want to go with the SUSAT Multizoom. Unlocked at level 47, this provides the assault rifle with multiple levels of zoom, meaning it’s an excellent option for both mid-range and long-range combat.
With the Rear Grip option, go with the Airborne Elastic Wrap. With this option, there’s a few tradeoffs that quickly become worth it. Namely, your aim down sight firing move speed, firing movement speed, and sprint to fire time. However, you’ll gain boosts for your aim down sight time, flinch resistance, and aiming stability, which makes the rifle a lot more stable when in firefights.
Finally, opt for the Field Agent Grip with the FARA 83. Although this penalises your aim down sight firing move speed and firing movement speed, it gives out nice bonuses to both your horizontal and vertical recoil control, which makes the tradeoff more than worth it.
Best Warzone FARA 83 class setup, perks and equipment
Here’s our choices for the best items – such as equipment and Perks – to make the best FARA 83 class setup in Warzone:
- Perk 1: Kill Chain (Unlocks at level 34)
- Perk 2: Ghost (Unlocks at level 24)
- Perk 3: Spotter (Unlocks at level 38)
- Secondary: RPG-7 (Unlocks at level 1)
- Tactical: Heartbeat Sensor (Unlocks at level 30)
- Lethal: Proximity Mine (Unlocks at level 43)
First thing’s first, you’re going to want to select Kill Chain for Perk number one with a custom class revolving around the FARA 83 in Warzone. Simply put, this Perk gives you a greatly increased chance of finding Killstreaks in Supply Boxes, which you’ll need if you want to pinpoint enemy players with a UAV or bombard them with a Cluster Strike.
For the second Perk, you’ll want to pick Ghost. The Ghost Perk is near-essential to all custom classes in Warzone, since it lets you hide from enemy UAV scans throughout the game at all times. Not only this, but it also hides you from the pings of enemy Heartbeat Sensors, so the only time you’re going to give yourself away is if you’re firing a weapon without a silencer.
With Perk three, we’d advise selecting the Spotter Perk. This lets you spot enemy equipment and Killstreaks through walls and other scenery. Basically, the Spotter Perk will always let you know if you’re about to run into an enemy Proximity Mine, or it’ll tell you when an enemy player has thrown a C4 at you, so you can get to a safer distance before it’s detonated.
As for the Tactical equipment option, the Heartbeat Sensor is always the sensible pick, no matter the custom class. With this item, you’ll be able to ping within 50 meters for enemy players, so you’ll be able to see where enemy players are in relation to your current position.
Finally, we’ve opted for the Proximity Mine for the Lethal equipment choice. This option can be replaced with the C4 if you want more direct control over the timing of your explosive, but otherwise the Proximity Mine deals boatloads of damage to both enemy players and vehicles alike, tearing through the armour of any player caught in the blast.
